The chain plate is made of 40Cr steel, which is one of the steels widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry. After tempering treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity. After high-frequency quenching treatment, it can achieve good tensile resistance.
